  • Messaging Data: Messages exchanged with the chatbot are stored temporarily for one week before being deleted.

  • Customer and business data are stored in PostgreSQL, while messaging data is stored in Firebase.

  • We implement security measures to protect stored data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

  • We do not share data with third parties unless required by integrations chosen by the user.

  • We may disclose data if required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

  • Currently, users do not have the ability to request data deletion or retrieval. However, we plan to add this functionality in the future.

  • We do not use cookies or tracking technologies beyond those required by Meta for messaging services. However, we use local storage to store authentication tokens and user preferences when business owners use the dashboard.
