  • Refunds are not available if purchased credits have been used.

  • Refunds are available only if the credited amount is still fully available in your account. If any portion has been used, no refund will be granted.

4. Processing & Payment Method
  • Refund processing time depends on the merchant of record.

  • Refunds will be sent back to the original payment account used for the purchase.
